VFD + Keypad

• PwnCNC 110V or 220V VFD (Pre-programmed for CW/CCW, PWM/Modbus control, quiet fan mode)

• Detachable keypad with dial speedometer for manual control

• US Power Cord (NEMA 5-15P for 110V or L6-20P for 220V)

Spindle Motor (Choose Your Configuration):

• 1.5kW, 110V, 65mm, ER11 – Air or Water Cooled

• 1.5kW, 110V, 80mm, ER20 – Air or Water Cooled

• 2.2kW, 220V, 80mm, ER20 – Air or Water Cooled

• ⚙️ Need something specific? We offer special-order motors too (lead time: 4–8 weeks)

Spindle Cable

• 20′ pre-crimped spindle cable

Collets & Wrenches

• (3) Collets matched to spindle size:
   • ER11: 1/16″, 1/8″, 1/4″
   • ER20: 1/8″, 1/4″, 1/2″

• (2) Wrenches for collet and shaft
   • ER11: 13mm & 17mm
   • ER20: 21mm & 30mm

Cooling System (Water-Cooled Models Only)

• 110V (US) or 220V (Int’l) Pond Pump

• 40′ Superthane Ether Tubing

What’s Not Included:

• Control Cable to your CNC controller (available separately based on your machine model)

• Keypad Mount & Extension Cable (for relocating the VFD keypad)

• Coolant Liquid & Reservoir (use a 4-gallon bucket & coolant mix like antifreeze + distilled water)

• ER11 collets used on 65mm motors | ER20 on 80mm

• 1.5kW motors draw 12A @ 110V | 2.2kW draws 10A @ 220V

• Operating range: 8,000 – 24,000 RPM

• Fully G-code controllable (PWM or Modbus)

• “Quiet Mode” reduces noise with smart fan control

• Fully assembled, tested, and ready to install (minimal wiring required)
