Coolant Flow Monitoring for Masso Touch CNC Controllers

Keep your machine protected by monitoring coolant flow with our Chiller Alarm Cable. This cable connects your CW-3000 Water Chiller to your Masso Touch CNC Controller, enabling automatic detection of coolant failure—protecting your spindle and job in real-time.

For best results, use our Anodized Aluminum Inlets Panel which provides the cleanest and most versatile cable management solution.

How It Works:

When connected, the Masso controller will:

Continuously monitor coolant flow status.
Trigger a feedhold and stop the spindle if flow stops for 10+ seconds.
Display an active alarm until the machine is re-homed.

You’ll still be able to jog and resume the program, but no additional coolant alarms will trigger until you re-home the machine.

Compatibility:

Designed for: Masso G3 and Masso Touch controllers.
Other Controllers: Compatibility is not guaranteed. We’ll assist where possible, but support is limited for non-Masso systems.
