When your cable chain is maxed out, a Hose Boom is the perfect solution to manage your dust hose, coolant lines, air tubing, and wiring—all without interfering with your CNC’s motion. Whether you’re running an ATC system, water-cooled spindle, or just a bulky dust hose, this boom gives you the support and flexibility you need.

What’s Included

• Three boom arm components:
  • Elbow
  • Mid section
  • End section

• Your choice of Ultimate Hose Clamp Attachments (e.g. 2.5″ or 4″)
  • Select from our growing lineup of sizes and types
  • “No Attachment” option also available if you already own the clamps you need

Installation Notes

• Designed to mount on 3/4″ EMT conduit (not included due to shipping constraints).
  • Pre-drilled holes let you secure the boom to your EMT pipe using standard screws.
  • 3/4″ EMT is widely available at any hardware store.

• We recommend the boom length span no more than 75% of your CNC’s longest axis for optimal support and stability.
